A yogini from the age of 5, thanks to her Mom who was practicing yoga before it was even mainstream, Michelle not only talks the talk but walks the walk when it comes to health and wellness. Additionally, she always leaves a clearly marked trail for anyone who is ready to HIT THE RESET BUTTON and start moving towards the best version of themselves and their lives. Able to teach just about any fitness format, she enjoys them ALL, but leans, mightily, in the direction of yoga these days, as the ‘one format to rule them all’!
