Michelle Bryan

A trained architectural designer, 500 hour Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, with 15+ years of experience in the health and wellness industry, Michelle will be your guide from the foundation to the summit of one of the most foundational poses in any yoga practice: Mountain Pose. This is the one and only pose you need to understand to both hack into most all other yoga poses and The Yoga Mindset. 

A yogini from the age of 5, thanks to her Mom who was practicing yoga before it was even mainstream, Michelle not only talks the talk but walks the walk when it comes to health and wellness. Additionally, she always leaves a clearly marked trail for anyone who is ready to HIT THE RESET BUTTON and start moving towards the best version of themselves and their lives. Able to teach just about any fitness format, she enjoys them ALL, but leans, mightily, in the direction of yoga these days, as the ‘one format to rule them all’! 

The proud wife of a Navy Veteran and the mother of three extraordinary third culture kids, she lives with her family in the rolling foothills of Virginia and counts herself blessed with each new day and each new opportunity to begin again.
